Is it possible to assign Hindenburg to OHL after he is Ober Ost?

Or the solution is to move Ober Ost to western front and OHL to eastern front? Not ideal for proper naming of GHQs

I think you'd have to unassign his GHQ, and then re-make all your armies. You might take some morale hits doing this. Instead, you can just re-name the GHQ. I think if you alt-right click the tab where the army name is, it'll bring up a text box where you can re-name it. This works for any unit.
