How do i get the 1700 points of ammo currently stacked up in England to the continent?

Hey Turrosh Mak, Athena moves general supply and ammo in a behind the curtains phase.
1st, check your transport assets and capacity by mousing over the train symbol in the upper left screen edge. If you have merchant ships in a shipping box, there should be an oversea capacity in the adjoining coasts. Is capacity shown enough to meet the need of your boys across the water?
2nd, look at the supply grid, it should be solid green between your supply stocks and your unit in question. Remember, even if supply movement is possible, in areas lacking cities bigger then level 3, you will have to build a depot to attract the ammo to your location.
3rd, is something sucking your local supply dry? A large fleet will swallow everything in an area until it restocks. This can leave your land forces pulling on a dry teat. In such cases, try moving your fleet to another base.
4th If the above does not work, try shuttling munitions units back and forth via ships.
