However, it states that it is 106 turns in a video i saw on Youtube?

If the turns are biweekly or monthly, that still does not add up.
Can somebody explain the # of turns?

I am looking to buy many titles while on sale

Also 2 turns in a month or 24 in a year.

The longest campaign from late July 1914 to early January 1919.

got Revolution Under Siege, To End All Wars, and Espana 1936 (espana wasn't on sale, but I've really wanted this game for a while to come out on steam but it hasnt but i got it anyway because good things come in 3s)
