Every few weeks when I launch EAW it does not launch properly.

There are no unit icons or cards displayed. Everything else seems to be there however the units are missing.

The only way I seem to be able to fix this is by deleting the entire game from my computer, and then reloading it.

This is insanely frustrating.

I wish a developer would please comment!

We don't changes game files once they are installed, i.e we don't delete, move, rename graphics or data files when you run the game.
This looks much more like something that is about game installation or Windows doing some things, so you are better contacting support here: support@slitherine.co.uk
