I'm playing the Central Powers.

Is there a way for me to determine the level of the Western Entente blockade against the CP?

I see that if I go to the Atlantic blockade box it has circle with the 2 and a German flag telling that the WE blockade against Germany is level 2.

WE Blockade Level
