Hi! After applying 10301 patch the Central Power's VP total begins to show a negative value in Tannenberg scenario, more and more each turn. Is it that way should to be?

Hi and welcome.
This is likely correct as the victory goals are time dependent.

It looks weird a bit..at my first turn russian has - total vp : 50 (+7 / turn), central power has 100 (+9). Ok, ok. I make next turn- russian has 64 and germans has -280!!! What a hell...and VP gain changed for them to 11.
