Is Siege of Tsingtao and Balkans Front (including Macedonian Front) in the game?

In the Grand Campaign, Tsingtao is represented by a box location that you can siege. The Balkan Front is in the game. Other than Serbia and Montenegro (which are in the game at the start), the other Balkan nations can be brought into the war through diplomacy.

And what about Greece?

The same, look at the off-map box with the flags of the countries involved in the game, so what was Greece's flag during the war?
