There are plenty of events which are locked but you can unlock them simply if you just have enough engagement points and certain money amount.
But does it mean that I can unlock all events I want at any time or must be a certain historically date ?
Because for me it seems I can unlock them all now in 1914 like Lenin event... Or does it work more like I unlock them anytime I want but they only come at the historical correct day ?

Ok, I checked again and there are to any event some conditions which must be happen before that event can start and some events cost really high amount of NM which also reduces the Produktion overall base from what I ve heard by a bit.
