Units have two ribbons:
Purple red = Cohesion
Blue (in the manual stands green) = Manpower

The Leader Ribbon
purple red = cohesion
Blue= ? Manpower
and green= ? Manpower

or supply? or Ammunition?

Can someone say more about it, and replace the question marks?

The third ribbon (the one on the right) is supply.

There is no ribbon for ammunition.

The way you know if they have ammunition is you look way over to the bottom right when you have a unit selected.

The stacked cannonballs number will tell you your percentage supply of ammunition.
