Don't get me wrong I love the game, I am a big fan of Ageod game for a very long time.

Nonetheless, I used to play to WWI gold before and I really start enjoying it when they decide that you could play as one nation instead of one side.

I am not talking about choosing a minor country but at least a Major one like Austria without having to take care of the German war machine.

Am I the only one to find this idea appealing ??? or is it a possibility, one day....

Also a PON gold (with latest patch and more) would be great !!! with a possible converter to EAW ???

Perhaps a mod will appear or maybe a DLC later on, who knows. It would be a completely different game, not better nor worse just different. And different players might enjoy different things...

Alternatively, play a 2 player CP PBEM against the Entente powers.

Wait, when could you play as individual countries in the grand campaign of WWI Gold, or are we referring to the battle scenarios?

E.g. do German orders, save, send to Austrian player, save, send to host.
