AI likes to build megastacks.

In my game as CP the Russian AI likes to build megastacks of doom. There are couple of megastacks of combat power around 1000-1600 with required command 70-111 and provided command of 20 or even less.

We call them "deathstar stacks" and it's being worked on for the patch.

Is CP penalty affects roll for activation?
If yes - how AI activates such big stacks?
If no - implement it!

IMO, the Stacks of Doom are currently the biggest problem with the AI. It's acting like the game takes place during the Napoleonic Wars and doesn't care about proper fronts.
I'm glad to hear it's being fixed!

Me too. After I had to fight two stacks with ~6000 CP in ONE province (where does france get the manpower from!?!) I decided to wait for the patch.
