1. Where I can find information about to what Army Group my Army belongs to?
2. What is limit of Army Groups I can have. Somewhere I read that Russia can have only one.
3. May I attach German Army to Army Group of Austrian leader?
4. What is purpose of this Admiral sitting in Berlin (Tippritz?) It can’t move and can’t command anything…

1. There is only GHQ not Army Groups.
If you click on the Photos on the left side of the Monitor you can see the GHQ

2. Yes

3. No

4. USELESS unless attacked. But he is the NAVAL commander and hence his traits applies to the navies.

1. Click on the face of the CiC on the left border of the screen. He will flash red and show his subordinate armies.
2. One for each major nation. Two for Germany.
3. Never tried this honestly. I think it won't work.
4. Mystery indeed. If sea theaters were ever implemented, he could be CiC and command a nice stack with his 3-star ability. Currently he is just a figurehead.

Thanks.

1. This I know. :) I hoped that it is visible from Army level. Also hope that this information will be implemented somehow, and that info will be in popup window after scrolling on particular army. Also information that Army/Corp is within range of HQ would be useful.
2. Hmmm. Yesterday I tried to make second German HQ in Prussia. Was possible, but I have received information that one of Austrian general is of higher seniority than my chosen German and I will suffer penalty. Is it correct that seniority for this purpose is counted from both GER and A/H?

You'll get the warning, but I don't believe you will actually take the NM hit, if
that general is next in line for that nation.

Also, look among your 2 star generals. Several of them are multinational commanders.
If they make 3 star they can then command an army with mixed countries without a
penalty. The attribute looks like a tiny waving white flag on the left side of the counter
with the other attributes.
