Question about CiC

Hi folks!
I saw that may generals have abilities that come to life if they are the CiC of the theatre. Now that i know what theatres are my question is:
How do i see in the game if a general is Commander in Chief of a theatre? Are these just the GHQ's? Or the most senior ones?
Is there a possibility to "manage" this as I want those special abilities suited to fronts where I really need them (for example defensive or offensive traits)?
Thanks in advance
Chris

I believe the interface is lacking here, true to be told.

I'll try to help. The CiC ability applies from the most senior general in the theater. GHQ general gives his HQs (Armies) strategic/att/def bonus rating.

It was a way to let the top general give some sort of a boost in
the absence of a GHQ, like in Africa or the Middle East.

Thanks for the reply guys!
So I always have to look at the general with the lowest (in numbers) senority in the theater and if he is active, than the boni come to life!
This boost given from the CiC if for:
other armies in the theatre
other corps in the theatre
? other stacks without commanders ?
Thx very much!

Just one more question regarding this thematic:
For example as the CP there are german and austrian generals in the theatre ... do they share nationalities in this regard or are they diveded so that the General with highest senority of the Germans gives its bonuses to the Germans detto for Austrians?
Thanks Chris

So, right now there is no way to see who is CiC, right? Except go to the region overlay and look for the highest seniority commander.
