How can I move units from 'off map' to Europe?

Hi,
I am trying to transfer Canadians troops to France, how can I do that? I can't find the drop box to that will allow to move the units from the off map to the main one. Am I missing something?

There should be a fleet in canada that has transports. Drag the canadian force and drop it on the fleet. Do this by dragging the canadian force tab over to the fleet tab and drop it. Then move the fleet to your destination in europe by dragging the fleet tab to a port in europe.

Look at pic for example. I'm dragging the candian division to my fleet. note the symbol. ill drop the unit into the fleet.[ATTACH]30302[/ATTACH]

now with the fleet highlighted, I click on the mini map to europe and then drop the fleet on a harbor territory in france.

finally, you can see that it will take 10 days to reach france from canada

You might want to move them to a port closer to the action though.

The unit has to be unlocked to be able to move out of the region.
