Cannot attack Brussels directly???

I am just playing my first game and have a big army next to Brussels in Namur. (see map) If I drag and drop it to Brussels it won't take the direct way, but will route over Dinant and Charleroi. That does not make any sense to me. Why does my army not follow the direct path?[ATTACH]30246[/ATTACH]

It's because of the railroad guns, they can only travel through railway regions.
