Requirements for WE chlorine decision and Bomb Fort decision text.

What are the rquirements to use gas against the Germans? Their army is right next to mine and I can't use it. I meet all teh requirements told in the decision. It worked without issue as EE and CP.
Also you guys should probably look at the bomb fort decision's text. It doesn't make any sense really other than that you need to have 2SH Artillery in a region, the rest is just nonsense.

I didn't get the "rest is just non-sense part", but just to inform you, you need to have at least 50% MC in the region to use the Bombard Fortifications RGD (by the way your screenshot is a very bad one IMO, what do you want to show with this?).

The screenshot is about the chlorine gas decision. I haven't been able to use it many turns after this one either. I know about the 50%MC but the text under the Various part makes no sense.

Ok, what I meant was that in the screenshot we can't see the RGDs etc, but in any case I think you need heavy artillery in the region AFAIK.
