Before deciding to buy this game or not I (and probably not only me) would like to know how this game runs compared to PON? Is it faster or slower?

I personally dont mind too much about turn time, what I hate is scrolling lag!!!!!!
I have a HD7990 so i need the game to use all available horse power please.

Well I wouldnt like to wait 5 minutes for each turn like in PON. It was a brilliant game but the waiting time just kills the game

I think it has been mentioned that this one is considerably faster compared to PON. It should be more like ACW2 or RoP. PoN is extreme as there is much more to compute. However, haven't played it yet

It has been posted many times that the turns will be more like Civil War 2 because it uses that engine and will be a lot faster than Pride of Nations' turn times.
