The 3 first essential icons (RUS style)

My old tiny UI mod (obsolete for RUS, as made official since long) is exactly good for España36,
if you prefer the order of the UI icons from RUS:

unpack it and overwrite the 12 new png files in
\Graphics\FrontEnd\Top Left Panel\Assets and in
\Graphics\FrontEnd\F9 Objectives.
