HI,

I am trying to run the game in a Virtual Box machine in a MacBook. Any other Matrix Games is running well without any issues but with España 1936 I got a message at the beginning saying "Error Could not find any compatible 3D devices".

I have tried to run the game in compatibility mode but it does not work.

Any idea what I can do?

Usually Ageod's answer to this kind of problems is that you open a ticket with Matrix/Slitherine support desk.

Do other AGEOD games run fine for you or just Matrix games. I have an idea, but need to know this.

I run the game under Parallels in a Mac, so no idea atm...

The other games which are running well are not AGEOD games. There are some old (Campaigns on the Danube), others brand new (Desert War), but all of them running well except España

Any ideas to share?

You are probably missing an underlying program not compatible with Mac. You might try running the compatibility program again looking to see if you need Direct X or some other program.

As far as I know my virtual machine does run DirectX.

What should I look at DirectX report?

Could it be that no sound card is detected?
