RC8 Region list not updating conscript numbers

Was playing around with recruiting gernerals and noticed that the #'s shown on the region list do not change until a game restart. I tested this several times moving arounf Gen Banks to different cities. The "Changes from City Income" number in from the Conscripts Companies icon at the top does chnage in real time, so it just looks like a display issue.
