You messed up quite a bit here buddy, don't ya know?

The Minnesota cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis are not in the correct location. They should be swapped with each other, including the movement of the capital.

In 1.0 it was actually, it was actually correct with St. Anthony (taking the place of Minneapolis) and St. Paul in the right spot.
