Does the game have a flaw with the way some of the basic math calculations are made? I ask this because of the thread on an apparent lack of experience accumulation for promotions from battle losses. In one of my own threads, my 35% blockade caused the CSA to lose only a few dollars, one conscript and one WS. In another, 100% loyalty garnered me again only $1/one conscript/and one WS for the affected regions that should have been much more at +50%. The regions were Northern California and Philadelphia. Baltimore got absolutely nothing for 100% loyalty.

When you such tests, it is important to eliminate other things which influence income, such as national morale.

You viewed $/turn on the F8 screen?

I went to the regions page at 98% and then clicked off the turn. Northern California and Philly hit 100% and each went up $1, one cnscript and one WS. Baltimore hit 100% and did not change at all. All three are big hitters and should have changed much more than that.

For the blockade, I checked CSA production at 35% and I removed all my ships from the blockade boxes. Zero blockade. I checked the CSA again and they recovered maybe $13, one conscript and one WS.
