Banks disapears from Harper's Ferry

Playing the April 1861 Campaign. I placed Banks in charge of Patterson's Div. and moved both to unoccupied Harper's Ferry. Banks disappears from map but can be located in the Strategic Atlas as being at Harper's Ferry. I sent a detachment to Harper's Ferry to join Banks and it too disappears from the map but in the "movement and restriction orders" is shown as arriving at Harper's Ferry.

Sorry to ask the obvious, but I have to since I do not know how experienced you are with the game.
Is Banks hidden inside Harpers Ferry town by any chance.

How can you tell if someone is hidden?

If you click on Banks on the strategic atlas, it will take you to his unit. With it highlighted, it should say someting along the lines of "inside Harper's Ferry". This means that his force is inside the city. Units inside a city are not visibe in the region (as they are inside the city).
