Hello,

I am playing a big campaign union side, patch 1.02 applied. It is early October turn and i have had the "runaway slaves enlist the navy" event. As a result, if i am not wrong, this unit has appeared in Baltimore.

Besides it is a new unit for me, first time i see it, the ability tooltip that the unit has reads as the screenshot shows.
Apart from the tooltip typo/error, what does this unit do?, would abilty tooltip, if without error, give any tip?.

The ability tooltip error is fixed in current upcoming beta patch. The main role of the unit is to help repairing damaged RR

In my current game, where the Union attacked Manassas in masse, I saw this unit in the after battle report. Strange, it should be in a stack
