Militia Exploit

Bug, or Feature?

  1. Take an active 1-element state Militia unit and have n available Militia units recruitable in that state.
  2. Recruit one such unit in the same region as the existing Militia unit. Note that number of recruitable units is now n-1.
  3. Select both units and combine into a 2-element unit.
  4. Note that the number of recruitable units is now back to n.
  5. Recruit another such unit and wait until it is trained/active, then lather, rinse, repeat for an unlimited number of Militia units (until some event fires a ChangeUnitPool -n on that state's militia pool).

It's been that way since the start of AACW. Seing as it hasn't been changed despite being a known issue I would think it's now WaD. By the way, once the militia upgdrades to line you can raise a new militia unit as you now have a free slot in the force pool...
