Just bought the game and can't play

Just bought the game today, and every time I try to run it, it crashes before I even get to the menu with this error code:
Exception ElnvalidOp dans le module KERNALBASE.dll dans 00114192. Operation en virgule flottante incorrecte.

Welcome to the forum, sorry for the troubles. I will suggest two things, then others might have more ideas.
When running the game, select run as an administrator. For many people this is all you need to do.
Did you update the game to the latest patch, this might also help.

I tried running as admin, same problem. I don't know if I have the patch... I purchased it from Steam yesterday. Don't know if the patch comes preinstalled or not.

A similar error was related to a W10 update and was solved by another.

Thanks! Tried everything I could find on that thread... changing region to French, running the WIndows troubleshooter for old programs, and updating Windows 10. Nothing worked unfortunately. Same error code. Did I miss anything? Any more suggestions?

That's very annoying, I'm sorry to hear it.
I had a period of time after upgrading to Windows 10 where i received an error message when loading, though it was slightly different from yours.
I ran in Administrator, still got the message. But if I ran the .exe again, and sometimes a third time, eventually it would work
I know that's not a great solution, but maybe try running it a few times in a row, in Admin mode?
