It dosnt work

When i start the game it starts loading then comes error and something reading as French??
What to do?

I don't have anything solid, except that message means there is a pointer wrong, if I have it right.
Re-install from the start, I would say. Make sure your directory structure is OK on your machine to begin with, I would suggest - you just moved, right? Make sure the machine setup is what it's supposed to be. Then re-install; go slow and sure.

Well i try again to install it... Just don't understand why it isn't working because everything else seems to b fine all rest of the programs work.. And i have f***** payed this game so it better start work..... U know what they say in French cars I hope it isn't same in this

Maybe your installation file is wrong. Try with a new downloaded file. i suposse it is available.

i dont mean to buy it again but to make a new download.
once you have bought the game you can make more than one download i guess.

He means, that as you have already bought the game, you should be able to download more than 1 time.
Did you change computers or windows operating systems since the game worked last?

No nothing has changed from last time except the house I live but it can't b that! It is really strange because everything else work as usually except cw2

What is in the folder where CW2.EXE resides? You should get the EXE file, 3 DLLs files and the folder CW2. Your game folder is probably C:\Program Files\Civil War II or C:\Games\Civil War II
Also check the file mainlog.txt, or post it here. It is located in C:\<user name>\Admin\Documents\My Games\AGE\CW2\Logs

Do you have a working sound chipset? The game absolutly needs a working sound system (that you mute the sound is no problem). The last entry is about the audio device...

Acsually i havent but my audio system work after the move..will do it when into home. No I feel my self really stupid if that was the problem
