In my PBEM vs. Gunnulf, I have received no Union leaders at all since mid-1863, except for Wilson and Custer. Looking in the leader files, there appears to be a number of '64 Division Commanders, etc, that should have appeared in Jan 1864, but they did not.

I suspect there is a problem with the event somewhere, and it hasn't been reported, because nobody gets to 1864

Also, McClellan was removed in Feb 1864. While this is fine and historical (he ran for President), there was no accompanying event message, as their probably should be

I can confirm this, and when I look at the files, they are consistent with what happens: Pinkerton is the last leader the union receives (from May 63), and he's also the last listed in Events/USA Leaders.sct.
