Patch 1.02 - Planner seem turn off (but it is turn on)

In a lot of situations of fair great fights (ex.15.000 men vs 17.000 men) planner don´t work, stay as "inactive", after last patch 1.02.
Check please.

Your only big battle involves a 2* which has crappy stats, so that's normal. To trigger the battle planner you either need a 3* or a 2* with either 5 in offense or 5 in defense.
This code did not change since 1.01, and checking another save for something else, I had the planner opens, so I would say nothing buggy here.
