Downloaded to?

Have serious ddl problem - but am passing on the issue until 1st patch comes out. However noted a seemingly strange result of my download:
Should the game have downloaded into two separate points? In my case (Windows 7) into both 7/86/Games and 7/86/My Games - the former being a much larger download?
