As the Republic’s cash and EP production appear to be very limited and there’s a vast array of RD cards available for purchase, what RD cards give the greatest return for the least investment?

And the same question for picking builds out of the array of possible units.

And the same question for purchasing military, political and economic options though the F keys.

As to picking units and such, buy what you can when you can. I usually buy from the menu options first, the builds options only occasionally.
