Hi

While playing the full campaign the following Nationalist leader is duplicated:

Solchaga 3.1.1 Seniority 51

Please let me know if you need any further information to fix this

I have noticed two Solchaga's as well, I assumed they were relatives or something.

there was a bug, but it was fixed. i'm playing a game and there's only one Solchaga. With the original game plus the Official patch and Ebro Beta patch.
