Is there a way to know which new units will enter?

As the thread asks. I notice in GC a number of totally new troop formations entering the war. Is there a way to know where and when they will come?
Just to read the scripts in the event folder.
Some units not always appear in the same region.
But during 1937 and 1938 there are few units arriving by event, they arrive buying options, like the CTV Frecce Nere.
