Sorry, here I am again having to re-install due to computer issues and here I am again uncertain as to what is the latest version, the latest patch? Can anyone help, please? Many thanks.

Thanks Nikel. Will that be the same as the patch in the Matrix members area, which is 1.06.03? I guess so, as when I apply that patch it reads 1.06.3 (December 9 2016). Thanks.

There is a huge difference in size, essentially because Matrix included a DirectX update.
If you got the game from them, use it:
