Does anybody know what the black stripe across the leader icon in a stack means? (it goes from the top left of the portrait to the bottom right.

I am playing the Union and looking at a CSA stack led by G. Smith and it has that stripe over his portrait. I looked through the manual but I seem to have a hard time finding things in it.

In can mean that he has a very slow moving siege or fort artillery in the stack.

Athena loves to drag those coastal guns around. Hope that gets fixed eventually. Until then I'll
gladly take them from her.
