Commander Statistics

Sorry for this question but I can't for the life of me find or figure out what the 3 numbers next to the commanders names mean. 1-0-0 and so for example. I must have missed it in the tutorial or manual. I know higher is better but I'd like to know what each number refers to.

The commander ratings are respectively:
Strategic.
Offensive.
Defensive.

The manual is woefully inadequate. Don't hesitate to ask any question here. It's how we learned
