Is the official patch 1.02 save compatible with the Public Beta 1.02?

I think they are identical patches, so they should be save compatible.

I was able to finish a campaign coming from the public beta, but captured elements couldn´t be added to divisions, which is supposed to work now, so, it`s not 100% compatible but it works
