Is this correct?

I had Quantrel destroy the depot in Rola and the entire town icon disappeared from the map and remained that way for the remaining turns in the scenario. Is this WAD?
There is a chance for towns to be destroyed every time they are taken over (I believe, that if they create a garrison, and the garrison gets destroyed, then the town is destroyed, but may be mistaken).
This was being looked at in Beta, and should be fixed now, or maybe in the next patch.
