Hi Folks

...just one question to the mentioned specialist in the title. How do the NE's work...are they just need to stay in a region(Norfolk f.e.) and the repair-bonus is working there or do i need to attach them with a naval-unit which is lie in a harbor to receive the repair-bonus?

They only have to be in the same port (town or city) as the ships. Not in the same stack.
