This is a new one for me. Have turned 'Activate AI' on for first time. When went to process end turn a waning came up that file missing from opponent and should let AI do turn.

Is this a real warning?

I have HST, CSA Ord and my ORD in save file folder.

AI files for Brits and Indians are missing. The warning is about that. They haven't been generated up to now because you had AI turned off. The warning is about that. Both players must have AI set on.
You can safely continue your game
