Tuscan, AZ declares independence!

Currently Union mid '63. At least 6 mos. ago Tuscan, AZ was seized by the Mangas Indian force.
This force is (now) neutral. The region seems permanently blocked from troops entering it because of this. From either north or south a message declares it cannot be entered. Help...

Philippe(s): can you also please check to see if supply flow is being handled correctly to/through those Western OMBs?

A tricky situation indeed. We will make sure that once the Indians are on the warpath, they don't revert to neutrality.

There is another thread on that. For now on, it is WAD to have to move manually & back&forth supply wagons between OMBs.
