Hi.
I made the mistake in my union campaign to pay for a big fee the new volonteers in my army, and now each 2 weeks i have to pay my all budget to unused new soldiers. (So i have more and more men, but no money to buy them weapons).

Does this action will be disabled one day ? (like in 6 months). I have something to do to cancel it ?

Yep, I think it is twice a year. It will expire and you won't need to call for more men for some time.

If money is being deducted every turn then it is ye olde bugge........

This is fixed in the beta RC 3 version. Do not know if it will help you if the event has already triggered.
