Once again, Terre Haute, Indiana is back in Illinoi and we did not even have to move

I was surprised to see that Terre Haute was part of Illinois back in 1861. Never you mind we are roughly 20 miles from the border and the Wabash has been guarding the western flank for at least a thousand years!
I have no idea were the local boys should muster? Some say they are part of Indiana and will stay at Camp Vigo, while others claim they will be going to muster in Paris or Effingham, Illinois! How does AGEOD expect our state and local area to meet the muster quota when one of our camps and major towns had been placed in another state?
I will be sending a strongly worded letter to Washington and Governor Morton about how AGEOD has once again decided to allow a whole community (some of which were in the Iron Brigade) to be annexed by another state!!!!
apy:
What next, the theme to F-Troop hidden in the sound files for western plains battles!
