Invalid serial number?

I just purchased, installed and downloaded Civil War II TODAY and I wrote down exactly as presented the validation serial key. So far I have entered the key four times and each time it states that it is invalid. Why?

same thing happened to me. try cut and paste. it worked for me.

Nah, we'll leave it. That way others having the same problem as you can see Lee's advice
