One idea i had for AACW 2 is to increase the probability of epidemics when mixing units of different states together. It seems like deaths by disease were overlooked in the game, more than twice as many soldiers died from disease as did those from enemy guns.

Hardened (aka historical) attrition is then for you, Colonel Hurst. Quoting from memory, I think I remember than before WW1, 3/4 of the losses where from attrition (disease, forced march, etc.)... We just can't apply this level of 'realism' to the game, or nobody would play it I think. Plus, there are some mechanisms, like cohesion losses, that represent these 'temporary losses' from stragglers, exhausted men, diseased but-will-eventually-recover men, etc.

As an answer to PK's question this simply could translate to "yes, it's obvious isn't it"?!

Uninformative information?! Zen ninja maskirovka in order to camouflage Ageod's next project - Pong 2.0?!
Best regards

I have discovered the hidden key!
If you check the 116th word of each of Pocus' postings since the previous update came out (1.16 being the last official update), the secret of AACW2 will be revealed!
(Unfortunately, the secret will be how crazy we've gotten waiting for new content!)

Wow, you are closing pretty fast here!! I might have failed in masking the subject of the next game.
Quizz to you... try to imagine for most stupid, dumb and lame subject for a game... Knowing that 'Docker simulator' and 'tree cutter simulator' are already made by a company, you must be creative!

Here's the question however,
Is there a 2 player version, and how does it work? Pick your own, or pick the other persons?

Many years ago I heard these words of wisdom
You can pick your friends
And you can pick your nose,
But you can't pick your friend's nose
I'm glad we got that cleared up

Last week ParadoxInteractive gave free copies of Europa Universalis III to anyone who was registered on their forum. It seems to me a very good marketing strategy, in fact
1) Europa Universalis IV is approaching;
2) I guess 90% of people on ParadoxPlaza had already bought EU III;
3) people who already own EU 3 will gift this game to people who didn't want to buy EU III for many different reasons;
4) a lot of people has now the opportunity to play EU III and gain interest in EU IV;
5) eventually the player base will increase.
More than this you, are not loosing that much because the game is old and was already on sale tons of times. So people who wanted to pay money for it, already own it.
What about using a similar strategy here at AGEOD?
Luigi
P.s. I own most of your games so this post is not for having a free copy
