Font Size not correcting in size?

How does one change the font size on the reports I get. Tried the Options screen but I keep getting the same small size fonts.

What exactly is 120 DPI in windows? I'm using a 2560x1440 resolution IIRC. To get larger print font should I lower the resolution?

ok tried lower resolution with little if any gain in size. No Joy.
Restart the game and my CPU. Have no tick in the Smaller Fonts box. Anything else you think? Going blind by not able to read it. The videos on line I can read the text at the bottom reports no problem.
To End All Wars works fine.....hmmm
