pride of nations scramble for africa dlc

bought scramble for africa dlc from steam It shows this DLC with the other DLC for Pride of Nations but when i start the game its not listed withe the other DLC to play. how do i get it in the to play menu.

steam say it does it automatically when you buy game also i bought it when it first came out from ageod still can get it into PON
