how do I fix this:

8:05:19 AM (Reporting) All gamesim data loaded in: 55025 ms
8:05:19 AM (Reporting) Host: Starting AIs.
8:05:19 AM [Error ] TRandomBag.Add: Too much occurences: 258.99999696624 max allowed: 256

It occurs while doing the Prussian AI turn. After I click on the ok to the notification the game stops responding.

public patch 1.04 (released this week) will fix the error automatically. Just wait at most 3 days please

I am now playing another country and have saved the other one for future resolution. Only fifteen years to go.

Did you fix the Spanish/Cuban thing too?

Had to search the internet hard for that one.

Seriously, I wanted to tweak something, so got sidetracked... stay tuned, it will be soon here!

Made it through a couple of terms just clicking off the trandom message but am now stuck again.
