Possible bug in Third Mithridatic War

Should this guy who popped up in Africa be the pirate leader in Lycia & Pamphylia? Because im sure i have read somewhere that he was the Pirate leader in Asia Minor.
Anyhow he is definetly in the wrong place this man :D

Pirates are AI controlled, and sometimes the AI has some strange ways of thinking and moving her troops... :)
