I'm not sure if this is intended but after you choose a dictator in the first Punic War, the consuls do not rotate any longer but cumulate. You end up with 20+ consuls which isn't very historical in my opinion. Where are the generals you might ask? I'll add the saves if asked for them.

There was a old issue that was solve with lastest patchs.
